  • - ḥꜣy.t: Breasted, Surgical Papyrus, 485 kennt das Wort nicht und errät nach dem Kontext "shelter (?)". MedWb II, 582 hat es s.v. ḥꜣj.t aufgenommen, lässt es jedoch unübersetzt. Westendorf, Papyrus Edwin Smith, 101-102 mit Anm. 8 übersetzt mit "Lichthof (?)", erwägt jedoch auch "Lichtauge" und "Licht". Westendorf, Handbuch Medizin, 745 mit Anm. 108 entscheidet sich für "Lichtauge" als Auge des Sonnengottes. Borghouts, Ancient Egyptian Magical Texts, 17 hat "shrine (?)". Allen, Art of Medicine, 111 übersetzt mit der Augenkrankheit "glaucoma".
