  • - tꜣ mtw.t tn n〈.tj〉: Die Kombination von tꜣ und tn findet sich später im Text auch auf der Metternichstele Z. 34 für tꜣ mjw.t tn n.tj (redaktionelle Überarbeitung eines ursprünglichen und sprachlich älteren mtw.t tn n.tt?). Auf der Metternichstele (Z. 14-15) steht an der hiesigen Stelle nur tꜣ mtw.t n.tj.

  • - jnk sḫr.n=j: Auf der Metternichstele (Z. 14) steht zweifelsfrei jnk sḫr.n=j. Auf der Heilstatue des Djedher (Z. 168) ist wahrscheinlich ebenfalls jnk vorhanden, auch wenn es wie rꜥw-nb aussieht (Daressy, in: ASAE 18, 1919, 134 hat ḥr-nb; Sander-Hansen, Metternichstele, 22 hat es als rꜥw-nb gelesen; Jelínková-Reymond, Djed-Ḥer-le-sauveur, 81 Anm. (f) erkennt jnk). Das erste Zeichen ist ein Kreis, vielleicht etwas zu weit nach unten angeordnet (Rand des nw-Topfes nicht graviert, keinesfalls ḥr), das dritte sieht eher wie ein Korb ohne Henkel aus (Jelínková-Reymond: mit Henkel). Die Konstruktion jn + Subjekt + sḏm.n=f ist problematisch, auch wenn sie im Altägyptischen bezeugt ist (Edel, Altäg Gr., 424, § 846 β). Von der Bedeutung her erwartet man hier ein Futur (Sternberg-el-Hotabi, in: TUAT II, 362) oder zumindest ein Präsens (Allen, Art of Medicine, 54) und kein Perfekt (Perfekt jedoch bei Sander-Hansen, Metternichstele, 27; Jelínková-Reymond, Djed-Ḥer-le-sauveur, 82). Oder ist die Tatsache, dass Re als Schutz hinter seiner Tochter steht, schon ausreichend, um das Gift als besiegt zu erklären? An anderer Stelle erwägt Jansen-Winkeln, SpMägGr, 351, § 563 diese Konstruktion als jn + Subjekt + Partizip sḏm + Dativ n=f aufzulösen. Kurth, Einführung ins Ptolemäische, II, 893, § 230 listet einige Beispiele für jn + Subjekt + sḏm.n=f mit Vergangenheitsbedeutung.
