  • Zur „Weisen Frau“ s. Borghouts, in: Demarée/Janssen, Gleanings, 24-27, Karl, in: SAK 28, 2000, 131-160, Toivari-Viitala, Women at Deir el-Medina, 228-231, Nassar, in: JAEI 24, 2019, 43-44. Während Demarée tꜣ rḫ.t n mwt.w mit „the woman who knows about deaths“ übersetzt, könnte n mwt.w auch den Grund angeben, weswegen die „Weise Frau“ aufgesucht wird. So auch die Übersetzung der ähnlichen Phrase auf oDeM 1688 bei Karl, a.a.O., 135. Sie sieht a.a.O., 143 den Toten als „Symptom einer Manifestation“, d.h. des bꜣ.w-Machterweises, der den Schreiber dieses Ostrakons heimsucht. Vergleichbar dazu könnte auf oHargM 10823 ein Totengeist als Ursache für Nebres Schlaflosigkeit angesehen werden.
